This happened yesterday (21st June, 2019) at Watt Market just by TOTAL FILLING STATION at exactly 12pm. Members of the DOPT were packing and damaging goods of street hawkers who run their petty trade along the Calabar Road, Watt Market.
The crushed guy in the picture went up to the DOPT officials and demanded that his goods which was seized be returned to him. The DOPT van driver ran him over and took off immediately.
No words have been heard concerning this very matter till this very day (22nd June, 2019).
